“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” Matt. 28:19
The Sacraments: Baptism
Baptism makes us “members of one another.” Since the time of early Christianity, Baptism has been the rite of initiation into the Christian community of the Church. In Baptism, the “one Spirit” makes us members of the Body of Christ and of “one another”
Baptism preparation class is required for all parents. These classes provide parents with an awareness of the responsibilities and role of the parents and godparents in educating children in the Catholic faith. This class is held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Clunan Center Meeting Room.
