Prayer Chain Ministry

In Need of Some Prayer?

St. Louis Church has started a Prayer Chain Ministry.  The Prayer Chain Ministry would be happy to pray for your request. Prayer intentions may be specific or general and will be kept confidential. Your request will be anonymous, unless otherwise stated, or you can write your petition exactly as you would like it sent out.

The purpose of our prayer chain is to provide spiritual support and healing for parishioners and their families and friends.  When we pray, we show God that we know he is in charge, and that we have faith in the immeasurable scope of his power.  In praying for one another, we unite ourselves in body and spirit. When placing someone on the prayer chain, please obtain permission when giving names and circumstances.  Prayers my be specific or general and will be kept confidential by our prayer team.  Your request will be included in the daily prayers of our members for one week.  Feel free to send us back a “Prayers Answered” or “Thanksgiving” request upon resolution of the request, if appropriate.

If you would like to be a part of Prayer Chain ministry, email prayerchain@stlouismemphis.org, and we will get you praying by including you in our weekly prayer chain email that contains prayer requests.

Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.   –Phillipians 4:6
